General Maintenance

Conduct routine inspections of community facilities and grounds.
Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems as needed.
Address resident requests for maintenance promptly and efficiently.

Preventive Maintenance

Implement scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.
Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance activities.

Emergency Response

Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance issues outside of regular working hours.
Assess and resolve urgent maintenance problems to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

Collaboration

Coordinate with other members of the maintenance team to prioritize and execute tasks.
Collaborate with various departments to address specific maintenance needs.

Documentation

Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
Report any significant findings or concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Safety Compliance

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure living environment for residents.
Stay updated on industry best practices and safety standards.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician II or similar role.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items, climb ladders, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
