We are seeking a seasoned Treatment Coordinator to join our well-established dental practice near University City in San Diego!
Compensation & Benefits:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of treatment planning experience, a proactive approach to maintaining a full schedule, and strong organizational and multitasking skills. Additionally, they should be able to carry out the listed responsibilities while fostering our practice’s culture and upholding our patient-first philosophy.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, explaining proposed dental treatments and answering any questions related to PPO insurance coverage
- Insurance Coordination: Obtain breakdowns of dental benefits, ensuring patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
- Multitask efficiently by auditing and scanning patient charts.
- Assist patients with medical history updates and update contact info.
- Prepare digital charts for the next day’s appointments.
- Fill schedule gaps when openings occur.
- Positive Attitude: Bring a friendly and positive demeanor to work every day.
- Reliability: Be committed and reliable in your role.
- Utilize Tools: Use various platforms and tools to enhance office productivity.
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Minimum 3-5 years of dental office treatment coordination experience.
- REQUIRED: Knowledge of Eaglesoft
- Advanced knowledge of dental terminology
- Knowledge of ADA codes and services.
- Familiarity with PPO insurance.
- Ability to create a positive patient experience.
