We are looking for an exceptional candidate join our well established Dental office in Chula Vista, CA as a full-time Front Desk Assistant!

The position entails multiple responsibilities while enhancing the practice’s culture and patient-first mentality that we deeply believe in. Our future colleague must have experience in dentistry and must be able to perform the duties described.
Required Qualification - At least 2 - 5 years of experience in a dental office setting/dental front office.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Assisting patients with filling out information forms.
- Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing reminders.
- Communicating with dental insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
