Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in resolving product or service issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Document and track customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to answer questions confidently.

Requirements
