We are seeking to hire a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) to support our Kenwood, OH office location. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service and a productive, positive environment for our agents and employees. Responsibilities
Manage the real estate transaction process from start to finish, including preparing and maintaining listings and creating digital sales packets
Enter detailed information into accounting and real estate software systems such as Profit Power and SkySlope
Serve as a primary liaison between corporate teams, branch staff and real estate agents
Uphold established processes and best practices while identifying opportunities for improvement
Support branch business goals by helping maintain an efficient, productive and positive office environment
Promote agent achievements on branch social media channels
Assist agents and managers with ordering, maintaining and distributing marketing materials
Create graphics using marketing-team-approved templates to highlight agents, listings and office activities
Warmly welcome visitors in person and online by promptly answering phone, email, digital and in person inquires
Sort and distribute mail, maintain office supplies and equipment and deliver documents to other locations as needed
Identify and propose new projects or process enhancements based on understanding of office priorities and needs
QualificationsSkills, Knowledge and Abilities
5+ years of experience in a real estate sales or brokerage support role highly preferred
Proven success in office management or an administrative/support position
Positive, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing needs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly
Experience with data entry related to budgets, expenses and transaction details
Familiarity with social media posting and basic content management
High school diploma required
