Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands-on experience in events, promotions, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events and activities.
Help organize event materials, displays, supplies, and promotional resources.
Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
Communicate information about products, services, and promotions.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.
Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly.
Distribute promotional materials and provide information to attendees.
Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations with the team.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience in events, promotions, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.
