Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in events, presenting products and services, and contributing to team goals in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Help prepare event spaces, displays, materials, and supplies.
Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
Generate leads through customer interactions and event activities.
Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event area.
Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
Support individual and team sales goals during events.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
