The Position: Cook/Counter
Prepare the ‘za, take the orders & serve up the patrons at the counters or tables. Prepare & cook to order the Sexy Pizza menu. Keepin’ the spaces clean & staying up-to-date with health & safety standards for cookin’ & servin’. Flexible hours (full-time or part-time positions)
QualificationsWhat We Require
We make sure every team member is trained up on our Standard Operating Procedures. We do this by requiring all team members to go through a paid Orientation at our home office & paid Hands-on-Training onsite, no matter what level of experience you have. All we ask is you bring the mad skills you’ve honed & are open to learning the ways of Sexy Pizza.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
Maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary workstation area including but not limited to tables, shelves, dish machines, mixers, ovens, and refrigeration equipment.
Maintain the high standard of customer service at all times.
Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, fountain soda machine, hand sink, lobby tables, chairs, and etc...
Folding and stocking all boxes, cups, lids, napkins, etc...
Have a firm knowledge of health department rules pertaining to food storage, production, and service in general.
Have a firm knowledge of Sexy Pizza’s history, delivery area, and general information.
Have adequate knife skills, and can safely handle and store sharp and/or heavy equipment.
Can properly follow recipe and cooking instructions in written form.
Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and all policies and procedures.
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
Portions of food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
Handles, stores and rotates all products properly in accordance with health department standards.
Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
Opens and/or closes the kitchen properly and follows the checklists for kitchen stations.
Assists in other areas of the restaurant.
Performs other related duties as assigned by a manager.
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to be on your feet for extended periods, up to 4 consecutive hours.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Who You Are
16 years of age or older.
Someone with communication skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers and communicate clearly with all Team Members.
Someone with basic math skills to handle money & make change.
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 or more pounds.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours or more).
Eligible to work in the United States.

Sexy Pizza aims to set the standard by normalizing basic benefits for our team members. Everyone starts out with an hourly rate above minimum wage & after an average of 30/hrs a week for 6 months, they qualify for full-time benefits.
