Requirements
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience with framing, trim carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and complete required paperwork.
- Valid state driver’s license (Real ID or equivalent)
- Must supply and maintain necessary hand and power tools.
