This is an onsite position at our Irvine, CA location. 

 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

 

·          Prepare and package documents to be shipped to borrowers.

·          Assist with and troubleshoot client issues / requests.

·          Assist team with group inbox.

·          Assist team with order processing via resends, redraws, etc.

·          The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for filing documents.

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·          The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

·          Prepare and package documents to be shipped to borrowers.

·          Assist with and troubleshoot client issues / requests.

·          Answer phone calls and reply to e-mails from our recording service clients.

·          Assisting with resends via client requests, redrawing documents for signing deficiencies.

·          Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

·          Ensure that all client requests are opened successfully.

·          All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·          High School diploma or equivalent required.

·          1 -2 years’ experience working in an office environment.

·          1-2 years’ experience recording deed preferred.

·          Proven customer service skills.

·          Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.

·          Must be able to multi-task.

·          Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.

·          Critical reasoning and thinking skills required.
