Job Summary
Serene Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible contract, per diem, and temp-to-hire opportunities across leading healthcare facilities in the Seattle area.

Schedule Options
- Per diem (pick your own shifts)
- Contract assignments (4–13+ weeks)
- Temp-to-hire opportunities
- Day, Evening, and Night shifts available
- Weekday and weekend shifts
Compensation
- $55–$60 per hour (based on experience, specialty, and facility)
- Weekly pay
- Overtime opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy
- Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards
Requirements
Requirements
- Active Washington State RN license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
- Experience in SNF, LTC, clinic, or hospital settings preferred
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for some roles)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different facility environments
