About this role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being for patients across a variety of care settings.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities

·       Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to the healthcare team

·       Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans

·       Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation

·       Support physicians and registered nurses during examinations and procedures

·       Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions

·       Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment



Requirements

Qualifications

·       Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Mexico

·       Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

·       Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

·       Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred but not required

·       Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
