In this role, you will provide coaching, supervision, crisis support, and operational oversight, helping staff succeed and foster a positive, equity-centered team culture. As the Crisis Program Supervisor, you'll oversee scheduling, documentation, compliance, and program performance to ensure safety and effective youth-focused services. If you believe you embody our core values of respect, curiosity, and hope; we would love to hear from you!

About the Sacramento T-STRTP

The Sacramento T-STRTP (Transitional-Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program) serves children and youth ages 11–17 in a supportive, strength-based, culturally competent, youth-centered, family-driven, trauma-informed, family-like environment. The program provides short-term, individualized treatment designed to help children and youth stabilize at-risk behaviors that may interfere with permanency, with the goal of reducing re-entry into STRTP or higher levels of care. Through partnership with youth, caregivers, and other natural supports, Sacramento T-STRTP offers a space for healing, stability, and skill-building so youth can successfully transition back to a more permanent setting.
