Recruiter at Sellpy

As our Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping and growing our warehouse teams. You will be the first point of contact for many future colleagues, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from the very start.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for our warehouse team, from creating compelling job ads to onboarding new colleagues.
  • Review applications, provide timely feedback, and conduct interviews to meet recruitment targets.
  • Conduct high-volume candidate interviews weekly to ensure staffing needs are met.
  • Coordinate administrative processes for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Site, and Shift Managers to address staffing and recruitment needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and report insights to HR leadership for ongoing improvement.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and compliance related to employment contracts.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and qualified candidates

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish.

  • Service-minded with a dedication to providing an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and independence.

  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience recruiting for production, warehousing, or high-volume operations.

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with HR and operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with high volume e-commerce fulfillment, FMCG logistics, or launching new sites.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and digital HR tools such as “When I Work.”

  • Additional language skills, especially in English, are a plus.

Employment type: Permanent contract (after a 6month probation) and fulltime (40 hours per week)
