Full Stack Engineer (w/m/d)

This Full Stack Engineer role is on a team building the core platform that enables thousands of people to interact with AI daily, focusing on high-quality full-stack features and scalable backend systems. You’ll work across the stack to deliver reliable, secure, and performant products that synchronize large client datasets, run massive LLM workloads, and support rapid custom integrations.
What youll do
- Build and ship high-quality full-stack features using TypeScript and React focused on a seamless user experience.
- Design and implement robust backend systems to handle massive data scale and millions of API requests.
- Take full ownership of features from concept and deployment through operation to ensure reliability and security.
- Debug production incidents, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and improve the codebase through thorough, constructive code reviews.
- Synchronize and index terabytes of client data while managing fine-grained permissions.
- Operate and optimize systems that process millions of LLM calls per month with high reliability.
- Architect and scale environments that spawn thousands of secure code sandboxes per day.
- Build base infrastructure to enable the custom integrations team to onboard new systems quickly.
- Work with the core stack and AI integrations to shape how users interact with the platform.
What SelectCode is looking for
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with production React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience with backend systems at scale, including Python, tRPC, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and running high-throughput distributed services.
- Experience working with AI services and developer tools or a strong interest in AI-integrated platforms.
- Strong product ownership and a focus on user experience and long-term product success.
- Comfortable learning quickly and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
