About this role
Responsible for enterprise document management, intranet architecture, and governance.
Required Skillset:
- Administer and support Microsoft SharePoint Online including sites, document libraries, lists, and portals
- Design scalable site architecture including hub sites, permissions, metadata, and content taxonomy
- Manage migration from file shares, legacy ECM platforms, and on-prem SharePoint environments
- Configure governance controls such as retention, records management, content lifecycle, and external sharing
- Build workflows and automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform
- Troubleshoot permissions, search, indexing, storage, and user access issues
