Microsoft M365 Migration Architect
Responsible for designing and leading enterprise migration to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
- Design and lead migration from on-prem environments (e.g., Microsoft Exchange Server, file servers, legacy collaboration platforms) to Microsoft 365
- Strong expertise in tenant architecture, licensing, identity, and hybrid cloud design using Microsoft Entra ID
- Plan and execute migrations for Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, and Exchange Online
- Build migration strategies including discovery, dependency mapping, coexistence, cutover, rollback, and post-migration support
- Deep knowledge of security, governance, compliance, DLP, retention, and Zero Trust architecture
- Strong PowerShell / Microsoft Graph automation skills and ability to manage enterprise-scale migration programs
