We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and help keep our operation running smoothly, safely, and efficiently in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.

What you'll do
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be a key leader on the floor—balancing hands-on technical work with team leadership and coordination.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of maintenance technicians
- Plan and oversee preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively
- Prioritize daily maintenance needs in partnership with production
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards
- Support and maintain systems including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Oversee boiler operations, safety checks, and routine maintenance
- Train team members and help build a strong, reliable maintenance team
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventative maintenance
- Partner with leadership on process improvements and equipment upgrade
Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Electrical systems (including 3-phase power)
- Refrigeration systems
- Plumbing and general mechanical systems
- Welding/fabrication (a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment
