Debit Card Services Representative IIIThe pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
Pay Range:
$24.56 - $35.62Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40- Provides direct assistance to Members, teammembers, government agencies and other financial institutions regarding issues related to ATM disputes, incoming/outgoing adjustments, returned cards, and other similar functions. Maintains time sensitive workflows relating to all functions listed above.
- Researches and resolves card transaction processing issues on a daily basis.
- Researches and resolves complex account and general ledger issues, including non-posting items, and debit exceptions on a daily basis.
- Reconciles various high volume general ledger accounts.
- Utilizes multiple systems and critical applications necessary to properly maintain member account transactions. These systems include, but are not limited to, Episys, Image Center, Star Station, CO-OP Financial Services, Base24-eps, Mastercard Connect and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Digital Wallets, researching token transaction issues.
- Assists the department with training and onboarding of new teammembers. Creates and reviews training material and department desk top procedures to provide to management for final approval.
- Maintains confidentiality of Credit Union and Member records.
- Basic working knowledge of rules and regulation specifically related to department functions: i.e. Star and CO-OP Network rules and regulations, Card Association and Network Rules, Regulation E, Regulation CC, etc. to ensure compliance.
- Receives and works phone calls, department email box and incoming secure messages to ensure requests are processed within stated service levels.
- Performs daily system file maintenance required to ensure proper Member account records.
- Participates in special department projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of prior related experience required
