About this role
ScholarTrip is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with travel-related questions and services. This is a remote position open to candidates in Dallas, TX. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay: $22–$27/hour. Previous experience is not required.
Duties
• Respond to customer questions by email and phone.
• Assist with bookings and travel information.
• Help with itinerary changes and requests.
• Provide clear and accurate information.
• Maintain customer records and case notes.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and customer-focused approach.
Extra Skills (Optional)
• Previous customer service experience.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms.
• Experience with CRM or support software.
