Pay rate:  ~$25.72/hr~ (DOE)

Working Location: Cerritos, CA 

Work Hours: 8:30am ~ 5:30pm  

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Schedule and track transportation activities with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
  • Monitor active shipment statuses and proactively resolve transit or delivery issues.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation, billing records, and daily operational reports.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with warehouse staff.
  • Investigate shipment discrepancies and execute corrective actions.
  • Support peer logistics coordinators and work collaboratively to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline daily workflows.
  • Follow and help update logistics SOPs and operational guidelines.
  • Track KPIs and suggest ideas for process optimization and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations experience.
  • 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of domestic trucking and freight operations.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and carrier relationships.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Bilingual English/Korean is a plus
