Manage engagement scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, realization, billing, collections, risk, and deadline compliance.

Develop clear information requests, workplans, workpapers, review notes, client deliverables, and status reporting.

Supervise, train, and coach seniors and staff; delegate effectively and provide timely, specific feedback.

Support proposals, onboarding, pricing, opportunity recognition, and cross-selling within SBC’s audit and advisory client base.

Help build and continuously improve the business-tax operating model, including technology use, workflow, quality controls, and knowledge sharing.

Strong project-management, organizational, technical-research, written-communication, and client-service skills.
