Requirements vary by role, but generally include:

• Ability to work assigned schedules, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to meet various pre-employment requirements including but not limited to: 
  • Criminal background check
  • Drug and alcohol screening
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review; valid Driver's license required
  • Fitness-for-duty assessment to ensure that candidates can safely perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to receive and maintain site access credentials or badges per site-requirements 
• Not all positions or sites require every item listed. 
• Job duties, schedules, and pay may vary by position. 
  

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an industrial, refinery, chemical plant, or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Experience following strict safety rules and working in safety‑sensitive environments is a plus
