Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding hospitality, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional dining experience
- Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Engage with guests, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs, ensuring a smooth dining experience
- Handle payments efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests
- Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Must be at least 18 years old (or legal serving age per state regulations)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
