Summary:

 

The Manager of Revenue Operations & Customer Intelligence leads the commercial intelligence function responsible for connecting customer, sales and digital data to revenue strategy and decision-making. Reporting to the AVP of Revenue Growth & eCommerce, this role owns the business strategy for Revenue Operations, Customer Intelligence, the Customer Data Platform (CDP), commercial analytics, forecasting insights and executive performance reporting.

This leader will build the organization's customer intelligence and Revenue Operations capability by establishing the CDP and supporting frameworks that unify customer and commercial data to improve audience strategy, sales pipeline performance, eCommerce growth, forecasting and revenue optimization.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Operations Buildout & Execution: Build, implement and continuously improve the Revenue Operations frameworks, processes, governance and operating mechanisms that support the commercial strategy.
  • CDP Buildout & Business Enablement: Serve as the primary business lead for the development and operationalization of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), translating commercial requirements into data use cases, audience capabilities, customer profiles and activation workflows.
  • Customer Intelligence & Segmentation: Develop customer profiles, segmentation models, lifecycle signals, account groupings, and scoring frameworks to identify high-value prospects, growth opportunities, churn risk, cross-sell, upsell, and retention opportunities.
  • Data Activation & Commercial Use Cases: Activate customer and account intelligence across sales, eCommerce, and marketing to enable targeted acquisition, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and account growth.
  • Measurement, Definitions & Governance: Establish consistent commercial definitions, KPI frameworks, and data governance standards across the customer and revenue lifecycle, ensuring alignment on leads, funnel stages, opportunities, customer segments, conversions, and revenue performance.
  • Revenue Growth & Opportunity Identification: Analyze customer, transactional, behavioral and sales data to identify actionable revenue opportunities, including new prospect segments, account expansion opportunities and other commercially relevant signals.
  • Pipeline & Commercial Intelligence: Build reporting and analytics frameworks that provide visibility into pipeline performance, conversion, sales velocity, account engagement, and revenue trends, delivering insights to identify risks, opportunities, and required actions.
  • Forecasting & Planning Inputs: Develop data models, historical analysis, pipeline intelligence and performance inputs to identify trends, risks, and other performance drivers that improve the ability to anticipate revenue outcomes.
  • AI, Automation & Revenue Intelligence: Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation to improve commercial intelligence, lead and account identification, segmentation, reporting, opportunity detection and Revenue Operations workflows.
  • Revenue Operating Cadence: Build and manage the recurring reporting, pipeline review, performance measurement and opportunity-management processes that support the organization's commercial operating cadence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Revenue Intelligence Analyst, establishing standards for analytics, reporting, segmentation, and opportunity identification while ensuring insights drive actionable business outcomes.

 

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics or a related field
  • 5-7 of experience in analytics, customer intelligence, RevOps and Customer Data Platforms
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing customer segmentation and audience frameworks using behavioral, transactional, firmographic, lifecycle, engagement and intent data.
  • Experience building audience models and scoring methodologies, such as lead/account scoring, propensity, customer value, churn risk, purchase likelihood and next-best-action concepts.
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing conversion funnels, including acquisition-to-lead, PLP/PDP-to-cart, checkout, lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close performance.
  • Strong knowledge of sales pipeline concepts, including pipeline coverage, stage conversion, velocity, aging, win rates, average deal size, forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
  • Experience developing lead, MQL/SQL, account and opportunity frameworks to create clear measurement and handoffs across Marketing and Sales.
  • Preferred experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric or similar Data Warehouse, web analytics (GA4 or similar), A/B testing tools (VWO or similar), CRM platforms (Dynamics or similar), CDPs (Tealium, Segment, Hightouch, etc.), eCommerce platforms (KIBO or similar), and AI-driven sales and marketing tools (6sense, Gong, Optimonk, Personyze, etc.).
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, Regex, JSON/Rest APIs, Javascript, or R is a big plus.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage priorities, and drive execution.
