TA Project Coordinator Staff

Main Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate on-site activities performed by vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
2. Coordinate work permits and site access approvals with Building Management while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and project procedures.
3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
4. Conduct site inspections, quality control activities, and site measurements (site opname) to verify work quality, progress, and payment claims in accordance with contractual requirements.
5. Act as the primary liaison between the company, vendors, subcontractors, Building Management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
6. Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly project reports, including work progress, site issues, quality observations, safety compliance, and recommended follow-up actions.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
