Senior Biopharmaceutical Associate
Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant manufacturing or bioprocessing experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently execute manufacturing processes with minimal supervision
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and perform root cause analysis
- Analyze process trends and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Support process transfer, validation, and scale-up activities
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and effectively communicate technical concepts
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, filter, and deliver media and solutions
- Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment
- Perform sampling and analytical testing
- Operate filter integrity equipment
- Monitor process performance and escalate issues
- Execute CIP cleaning and sterilization
- Follow SOPs and GMP documentation practices
- Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
Education
- High school diploma or GED
The anticipated hourly rate for this position in Maryland is $35.34 - $39.90 plus shift differential and annual bonus, when eligible. The final hourly rate offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc.
