How You'll Make a Difference

You'll lead the Service Department with a focus on people, performance, and customer satisfaction. By empowering your team, strengthening customer relationships, and managing the business with care, you'll help ensure our customers stay productive while supporting the continued growth and success of Briggs.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Service team while driving accountability for safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage department operations, including financial performance, staffing, training, scheduling, fleet, equipment, and day-to-day service processes.

  • Build trusted customer relationships through regular visits, proactive communication, and effective problem resolution while supporting business growth.

  • Partner with branch leadership, sales, manufacturers, and the Safety team to improve operations, maintain compliance, and deliver outstanding service.

What You'll Bring

  • Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Experience in forklift service, industrial equipment, or a related mechanical industry, along with strong business and operational knowledge.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills with the ability to balance service excellence and profitability.

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.
