About this role
As part of an interdisciplinary team to a diverse maternal/newborn patient population, the Registered Nurse will monitor and support patients in the mother/baby department, providing care throughout every stage from admission to discharge.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN required
- Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- 2+ years mother/baby experience required
- Prior experience in L&D strongly preferred
- Strong assessment skills and ability to respond to maternal and neonatal emergencies
- EPIC experience required
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-education
