About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Analyst – Data Transformation to join our team. You'll be at the heart of how we modernise our data products – building smarter pipelines, introducing AI-assisted tooling, and helping your colleagues embrace new ways of working.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain data transformation pipelines
Design and implement automated QA processes
Develop AI-assisted tools for debugging, documentation generation, and data transformation
Codify transformation logic into automated systems (AI or rule-based)
Support the creation of prototype datasets
Help teammates adopt new technologies – through mentoring, workshops, and training materials
Champion change and drive adoption across the team
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues in an agile environment
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
Degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus but not essential.
4–6 years in a data-focused role involving programming, automation, or analytics.
Technical Skills
Python (including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
Experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
AWS cloud services
GitLab for version control
SQL for data extraction and analysis
Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
Familiarity with statistics and machine learning methods
Data visualisation tools (e.g., QlikView, Power BI)
Awareness of data security and governance principles
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the automotive industry or with automotive data sources
Knowledge of trends in automotive technology (EVs, connected vehicles, autonomous driving)
Familiarity with Agile or Six Sigma methodologies
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
