Take the lead on restoration projects that make a difference. Rytech Restoration is seeking an experienced restoration professional to lead water mitigation and fire restoration projects. This Water Mitigation & Fire Restoration Lead Technician position is ideal for a WRT-certified technician who can manage field operations, maintain job quality, and help take ownership of mitigation projects.

Primary Duties
- Lead and manage water fire cleanup, mold remediation, and water mitigation projects
- Inspect affected properties and identify the scope/source of damage
- Maintain documentation including photos, notes, and moisture readings
- Perform demolition, extraction, and structural drying activities
- Set up and monitor restoration drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers
- Maintain job quality standards
- Support team members
Qualifications
- WRT Certification required
- Minimum two years of water and fire restoration experience
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- A clean driving record
- Availability for on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
