Qualifications

  • WRT Certification (required)
  • 2+ years fire/water restoration and demolition experience
  • Strong customer and communication skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to independently manage jobs
  • Availability for 24/7 emergency response/on-call rotation (holidays, nights, and weekends)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects
  • Assess property damage and execute mitigation plans
  • Perform demolition and restoration tasks
  • Operate drying and restoration equipment
  • Complete job documentation and reporting
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and team performance
