Qualifications
- WRT Certification (required)
- 2+ years fire/water restoration and demolition experience
- Strong customer and communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Ability to independently manage jobs
- Availability for 24/7 emergency response/on-call rotation (holidays, nights, and weekends)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects
- Assess property damage and execute mitigation plans
- Perform demolition and restoration tasks
- Operate drying and restoration equipment
- Complete job documentation and reporting
- Ensure customer satisfaction and team performance
