Rytech of Orlando is looking for an experienced Mitigation Supervisor to lead our mitigation crews through water, mold, fire, and disaster cleanup jobs. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who is on point, solid, and dialed in. A true team player who holds techs to a standard and a process, communicates confidently with adjusters, and delivers a customer experience people remember. If you know mitigation inside and out, lead people well, and take ownership of every job from first call to final walkthrough, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Supervise and lead the mitigation team, holding techs to a clear standard and process.
• Oversee crews handling water damage, mold, fire, and disaster cleanup.
• Coordinate and perform the mitigation process as scheduled.
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support mitigation services provided.
• Inspect job sites regularly and ensure quality control on every job.
• Write estimates and supplements in Xactimate, and assist in reviewing scopes and revisions.
• Communicate directly and confidently with adjusters on scope, progress, and status.
• Resolve issues as they come up, including unknown conditions and conflicts with customers, PMs, or vendors.
• Manage jobs to efficient, timely completion, keeping sites clean and organized daily.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for all services, and adjust personnel or equipment as needed to avoid job delays.
• Work TPA program jobs, understand program SLAs, and keep projects compliant with program requirements.
• Run and oversee both residential and commercial mitigation projects.

WHAT YOU BRING
• On point, solid, and dialed in. A true team player who leads by example.
• Strong leadership, motivational, organizational, and people skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and perform physical work when required.
• Solid knowledge of mitigation processes and IICRC standards.
• Versed in adjuster dialogue and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stay level headed and effective in emergency, high pressure situations.
• Self motivated, proactive, highly organized, and customer service focused.
• Comfortable with computers and basic software for documentation and reporting.
• Integrity, honesty, dependability, and a proven track record in mitigation leadership.
• Willing to work nights or weekends when a job demands it. Valid FL license, clean driving record

EXPERIENCE
• 3 to 5 years of hands on experience in restoration and mitigation.
• Prior experience supervising or leading a mitigation crew preferred.
• Working knowledge of IICRC standards and requirements.
• Proficient in Xactimate for estimates and supplements.
• Experience with DASH, Mitigate or MICA, and DocuSketch preferred.
