We are seeking a Document Production Specialist – Assurance to support our Assurance Services team by preparing accurate, high-quality client deliverables and providing administrative support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at document production, proofreading, quality control, and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Major Responsibilities
- Create, format, proofread, and finalize client deliverables using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Process documents through established quality control procedures and assemble client reports and proposals.
- Prepare engagement and representation letters using DocuSign.
- Provide administrative support, including billing assistance, database updates, document processing, and front desk/phone coverage.
- Provide back-up support to the administrative team and assist with special projects as needed.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple offices while managing changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Experience / Background / Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of related document production, administrative, or professional support experience required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Excellent proofreading, editing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment
- Hybrid work environment with a combination of remote and onsite work.
- Standard business hours with extended hours during peak periods. Peak periods typically occur February–April and August–October and may require approximately 55 hours per week.
- Office-based computer work, movement throughout the workplace, and occasional handling of materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
