- Reading and juggling multiple tickets simultaneously to keep the kitchen flowing
- Maintaining quality and consistency under pressure
- Keeping your area prepped, clean, and ready to go
What we're looking for
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen — short order, line, grill, or breakfast
- Strong sense of timing and the ability to multitask without losing quality
- Pride in your work — the food you send out reflects you
- Team mentality and solid communication in the weeds
- Reliability and consistency, shift after shift
