Roy Rogers Restaurants is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for exceptional service and a drive for operational excellence, we want you!

What You’ll Do

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch customer service and high-quality food standards.
Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Implement and uphold all company policies and procedures.
Handle full-cycle recruitment, inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and organization.
Engage with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback with professionalism and a smile.
Contribute to achieving financial goals by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.

Qualifications

2 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is a plus, but not required – we will train enthusiastic and committed individuals!
High School Diploma or GED.
Possess a valid driver’s license and proper car insurance coverage for business-related travel.
