Not a traditional role. Own sales, ops,
and growth for an AI-native insurance brokerage.

Work directly with founders to build and run the operational engine. Some days you're closing deals, other days building workflows, hiring reps, or redesigning processes.

What you'll do

  • Run high-volume sales calls—get on the phone, handle objections, close deals
  • Build lead generation systems across every profitable channel
  • Drive demand gen optimization using sales feedback to improve targeting
  • Own closing and set the standard for call quality and conversion rates
  • Design and implement brokerage operations workflows that scale
  • Build automation for policy administration, renewals, endorsements, compliance
  • Create SOPs and systems that handle rapid customer growth
  • Work with engineering to ship voice AI, workflow tools, and submission automation
  • Own LTV/CAC systems and unit economics across verticals
  • Build metrics and KPI infrastructure—define and instrument what matters
  • Ship experimentation infrastructure with A/B testing and statistical rigor
  • Create attribution systems across voice, email, web, and referral channels
  • Use AI for pattern detection, anomaly detection, and automated insights
  • Translate customer objections into product fixes by end of day
  • Build compliance and risk management systems
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across intake → submission → service → close
  • Own verticals—develop expertise and playbooks across sectors
