Head of Growth
About this role
Rosella Brokerage is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to own sales, operations, and growth for an AI-native insurance brokerage. You’ll partner with the founders to build the operational engine—closing deals, designing workflows, hiring reps, and continuously improving processes to scale revenue and service quality.
What youll do
- Run high-volume sales calls, handle objections, and close deals.
- Build lead generation systems across profitable channels.
- Drive demand-gen optimization using sales feedback to refine targeting.
- Own closing and set the standard for call quality and conversion rates.
- Design and implement brokerage operations workflows that scale.
- Build automation for policy administration, renewals, endorsements, and compliance.
- Create SOPs and systems that handle rapid customer growth.
- Partner with engineering to ship voice AI, workflow tools, and submission automation.
- Own LTV/CAC tracking and unit economics across verticals.
- Build metrics and KPI infrastructure to define and instrument what matters.
- Implement experimentation infrastructure with A/B testing and statistical rigor.
- Create attribution systems across voice, email, web, and referral channels.
- Leverage AI for pattern detection, anomaly detection, and automated insights.
- Translate customer objections into product fixes by end of day.
- Build compliance and risk-management systems.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across intake → submission → service → close.
- Own verticals by developing expertise and playbooks across sectors.
What Rosella Brokerage is looking for
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, operations, sales, or growth roles.
- Experience in high-volume sales/growth marketing or operations/process improvement.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience.
- Experience working across multiple departments like sales, operations, and growth/marketing.
- Consulting background at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar firms.
- Tech stack and analytics experience including sales automation, workflow tooling, AI-enabled processes, KPI/LTV-CAC tracking, experimentation, and attribution.
- Insurance or brokerage industry experience is a plus.
- Strong CS fundamentals.
