  • The Finance & Insurance Manager maximizes dealership profitability and guest satisfaction by structuring compliant finance deals, hitting F&I targets, and coaching the sales team on F&I best practices at Ron Marhofer Auto Family, a one-price dealership group in Northeast Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive F&I PVR performance and hit company targets.
  • Coach sales team on F&I process in real time.
  • Deliver vehicles and demonstrate best-in-class F&I deliveries.
  • Structure deals per lender/dealership guidelines.
  • Maintain 100% video compliance.
  • Rework declined deals with Sales.

QualificationsRequired Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Education

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in automotive finance management with a proven track record of achieving sales/PVR targets and delivering exceptional customer service required.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of F&I management experience in a high-volume, one-price or no-haggle automotive dealership environment, with strong lender relationships and compliance history preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of finance products, state regulations, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail- and process-oriented.
  • Proficient in relevant F&I software and technology platforms.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Proven ability to coach and mentor sales team members on F&I process.
  • Ability to build trust with guests and lenders.
  • Ability to maximize PVR through accurate, compliant deal structuring and strong lender program knowledge.
