Plan trailers / containers according to daily requirements / maximum capacity
Create and close out load lists in SAP for all customers
Create manual shipping documents
Get quotes from carriers
Maintain customer- and trucking portals in the web
Monitor due dates
Communicate with production planers, carriers, material handlers, supervisor, warehouse manager
Scan and file shipping documents
Other office dutiesQualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Computer knowledge
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good attendance record
Follow written and verbal instructions
Good communication skills
Willing to work variable office hours, also weekends if necessary
forklift license
SAP and customs knowledge preferable
Spanish helpful
