Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, check IDs, and provide enthusiastic tastings and recommendations
Order Accuracy: Take and process customer orders and payments quickly and correctly
Teamwork: Work with others to maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and support smooth daily operation
Sales & Promotion: Highlight featured products, flavors, and specials to enhance the guest experience and boost sales
