Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests throughout the event.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including arranging supplies, glassware, and equipment.
• Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with event staff and management to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or service industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in an upscale event environment.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic bartending techniques and beverage preparation is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move bar supplies, equipment, and other items as needed.
• Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team.
