Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate/Back-Up Delivery Driver

Job DetailsJob Location: Robertson HTG of Sharon - Wheatland, PA 16161Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 HourlyRobertson Heating Supply Co. is looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to join our Sharon location as a full-time Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate/ Back-Up Delivery Driver. This position is primarily focused on counter sales and warehouse operations. On occasion, you’ll also step in making deliveries when covering employee call-offs, vacations, or other planned absences

Counter Sales Responsibilities

Full support to outside salesmen, as well as plumbing & heating contractors

Processing orders, tracking jobs, pulling customer orders

Promoting our products, stocking shelves, and unloading freight

Receiving products, reporting shortages, outages, and damages

Put away products, pull and stage customer orders, maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse

Warehouse Responsibilities

Pulling of orders via Inventory Scanner system.

Pallet, wrap, label and stage orders for delivery.

Completion of daily delivery paperwork.

Basic maintenance and cleaning of warehouse.

Back- Up Driving Responsibilities: (As Needed)

Loading, securing and unloading orders/deliveries with use of lift gates or docks. (hands-on)

Timely Delivery of daily customer orders with a 26' box truck or flat bed.

Completion of daily delivery paperwork. (Capture of signatures and filing of paperwork)

Use of Tablet delivery systems a plus.

Basic maintenance and cleaning of trucks.

Full use of hand truck/carts, pallet jacks and forklifts.
QualificationsCandidate must possess a self-motivated attitude with strong interpersonal & time management skills.

Prior product knowledge/experience in plumbing & heating is required.

Box truck driving experience is required, and candidate must be 21 years of age.

Pre-employment & random drug testing is required. Must have a valid DOT medical certification.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Final compensation will be determined based on skills, applicable work history, and overall fit for the role.
