Overview:
A critical role to the Dean’s Office, you are a member of a fast-paced team who assists the office in its operations. The job
consists of administrative functions, data entry and analysis, and event planning with coordination among the Dean, Associate Dean

Responsibilities:
Assisting Dean’s office staff; Assisting with events; Creating PowerPoint presentations; Creating and editing documents; Helping with Social Media Content Generation; Greeting guests of the Dean’s Office; Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic understanding of how to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Canva; Adaptability of learning and using
various technologies; Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills; An eagerness to learn; Reliable; Timely;
Problem-solver; Must be available to work weekdays; Must be a student enrolled in a Rockwell SBUS program.
