About this role
What we're looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Partner with a portable book of business (ideally $750k+) and a background at an AmLaw 200 or elite boutique firm. You should be comfortable in an entrepreneurial, low-bureaucracy environment and have a track record of building a loyal client base and collaborating across practice areas. Bonus points if you have experience with international clients or are looking to expand your practice into new geographic markets.
What you'll do:
Service and grow your existing client base using Rimon's flexible, international platform.
Take ownership of your practice with full autonomy over billing rates, client development, and growth strategy.
Work closely with partners in complementary practice areas like Tax, IP, Trusts & Estates, and Real Estate to drive cross-selling opportunities.
Originate and manage a variety of corporate transactional matters, including M&A, private equity, fund formation, and capital markets deals.
Leverage the firm's international footprint, including a strong London office and China-related practice, to expand your services globally.
Contribute to the strategic growth of one of the firm's core 'pillar' practices without internal politics or artificial mandates.
