Caregiver Responsibilities:
As a Personal Caregiver, you will:
- Provide essential personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support as a trusted Caregiver
- Assist clients in maintaining independence and quality of life
- Work one-on-one in client homes with flexible shifts
Caregiver Requirements:
- HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) preferred, but not required—we provide paid Caregiver training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency test, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate Caregiver mindset
- Dependable, honest, and motivated to serve others
