The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinate and manage breakdown repairs
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities
• Supervise project works and plant improvements
• Drive plant reliability and equipment performance
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Manage contractors when required
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely
• Maintain maintenance records and reporting requirements

You will have:

• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Experience within heavy industry, manufacturing, processing, or similar environments
• Ability to plan and prioritise maintenance activities
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
