About this role
We are looking for a Server Assistant to join our team! This is a PT role that will assist with resetting tables, running food and drink, engaging with guests, and occasionally barbacking. It is a tipped position.
Sea Monkey is a high end club and lounge space, featuring a hidden speakeasy. We are open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday, and a brunch service on Sunday. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, and focus on small bites and sea food offerings.
Candidates should have:
-Availability for most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
-Have previous high volume restaurant or club experience
-Be committed to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space
-Able to work independently and proactively
