When disaster strikes, homeowners need someone they can trust.

At Restoration 1 New Jersey, we're looking for a professional who can guide customers from the initial emergency call through the start of their restoration project. You'll meet with homeowners, inspect damaged properties, educate them on the restoration process, earn their trust, and help them move forward with confidence.

This is not a cold-calling sales position.

Our Business Development Managers generate qualified opportunities. Your job is to meet with those customers, understand their needs, develop the solution, and close the project.

 What You'll Do

• Respond to qualified restoration leads generated by our Business Development Team 
• Meet homeowners and commercial property owners on-site 
• Inspect water, fire, mold, and storm damage 
• Educate customers on the restoration and reconstruction process 
• Build trust and provide outstanding customer service 
• Prepare project scopes and coordinate with our estimating team 
• Close restoration and reconstruction projects 
• Coordinate a seamless handoff to our Operations and Project Management teams 
• Remain involved throughout the project to ensure an exceptional customer experience 
• Maintain accurate information in Salesforce CRM

• High-ticket sales 

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as emergency situations require 
• Professional appearance and demeanor 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
