Resonetics Israel is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer – NPI & Strategic Program Manager to take a key technical and operational role within the site.
This is a senior, hands-on position combining Manufacturing Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), large-scale production ramp-up, and strategic customer project management.
The successful candidate will be a strong manufacturing engineer at their core, with extensive experience taking complex medical device products and processes from development and initial introduction through validation, industrialization and high-volume production.
In addition, this individual will lead the implementation of Resonetics' global NPI initiative at the Israel site, working closely with global teams and other Resonetics sites to establish processes, track performance and ensure successful adoption locally.

Responsibilities
Manufacturing Engineering & Production Scale-Up
- Serve as a senior technical authority for complex manufacturing processes and products.
- Remain hands-on within manufacturing engineering, supporting production, troubleshooting technical challenges and driving sustainable engineering solutions.
- Lead the transfer and scale-up of products and processes from development/NPI into stable, repeatable production.
- Drive large-scale production ramp-ups, ensuring manufacturing readiness across equipment, tooling, processes, documentation, training, capacity and quality.
- Develop, optimize and validate manufacturing processes with a strong focus on quality, yield, efficiency, capacity, cost and scalability.
- Ensure processes are robust, controlled, documented and capable of supporting both customer requirements and future growth.
NPI Leadership – Israel Site
- Act as the site owner and focal point for Resonetics' global NPI initiative in Israel.
- Lead the rollout and implementation of the global NPI framework, processes, tools and KPIs within the Israel site.
- Work closely with Resonetics Global and the initial NPI beta sites to understand best practices and translate them effectively into the Israeli operation.
- Establish the site's NPI governance, routines, reporting and cross-functional ways of working.
- Coordinate NPI activities across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial and other relevant functions.
- Track and report NPI performance and key statistics to global stakeholders on a monthly or more frequent basis, as required.
Strategic Program & Customer Management
- Serve as Project Manager for selected high-priority and strategic Resonetics customers.
- Own projects from technical introduction through industrialization, ramp-up and ongoing production as appropriate.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and other functions.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders, global teams and customers.
Quality & Medical Device Responsibilities
- Ensure manufacturing and NPI activities are performed in accordance with applicable medical device quality and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure manufacturing processes are capable, repeatable and appropriately validated prior to significant production scale-up.
- Support customer and regulatory audits when required.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Significant experience in manufacturing engineering within the medical device industry or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Proven senior-level experience taking products from NPI through industrialization and into scaled production.
- Demonstrated experience with high-volume or significant production ramp-up.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, validation and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of medical device quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering or operational projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution without relying on formal authority.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, risk management, prioritization and execution.
- Experience working directly with customers on technically complex programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English and Hebrew, including the ability to work effectively with global teams and present project/NPI performance to senior stakeholders.
Strong Advantage
- Experience working within a global medical device manufacturing organization.
- Experience implementing or leading a formal NPI/industrialization framework.
- Experience managing major international medical device customers.
- Experience with automation, equipment qualification and manufacturing capacity planning.
- Formal Project Management certification or equivalent practical experience.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable on the production floor solving a manufacturing problem, leading an NPI review with global colleagues, and managing a critical customer program.

- Successfully establish and embed Resonetics' global NPI framework within the Israel site.
- Improve visibility and predictability of NPI performance through effective KPIs and reporting.
- Deliver successful product introductions and production transfers.
- Achieve stable and timely production ramp-ups.
- Deliver strategic customer programs against agreed milestones.
