What you will do: 

The Filter Tech is an entry-level production position responsible for cutting, capping, and assembling custom-sized filters to meet customer specifications. This role follows standard operating procedures and work instructions, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and supports daily productivity and quality goals.

  • Operate a saw to cut filter materials to the required size. 
  • Cap filters according to customer and product specifications.
  • Assemble custom-sized filters accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.
  • Operate basic machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. 
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to the Production Supervisor.
  • Support team productivity and quality goals and complete other accountabilities as assigned.


Qualifications: 

  • No prior manufacturing experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable and able to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and work requirements.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20–30 lbs.
